YOU MAY:
-Share web optimized (72dpi) images of layouts and crafts that you create in online galleries, blogs, Flickr, Facebook, Myspace & other such websites. Credit to FishScraps or Carrie Stephens is very much appreciated!
-Alter the Graphics created by Carrie Stephens to use in your personal scrapbook pages, collages, greeting cards and other printable-digital items, by changing colors and size and even adding to them or removing from them.
-Make a copy of your purchased digital graphics for your back-up purposes only.(It is highly encouraged!) I cannot be held liable for hardware malfunctions.

YOU MAY NOT:
-claim Carrie Stephens graphics as your own.
-Sub-license, re-sell, rent, lend, or otherwise distribute the content.
-Create tubes, brushes, rubber stamps, cross stitch kits, craft kits, web graphics, printable scrapbook kits, shapes or TEMPLATES of any kind out of Carrie Stephens graphics with the intention of redistribution.
-Create unapproved Commercial items without contacting me for approval.
-Make large quantities of your “hand crafted” or personalized items. To qualify for the limited commercial terms, your finished product must not be produced by a 3rd party company.
which is, anyone but yourself (A small home based business owner.) for your OWN small business. (Exceptions for printing but, you must contact me if you are creating over 200 of the same item for an individual order.)
-Use fishscraps graphics to create and sell similar digital graphics, scrapbooking graphics, Clip Art.
-Use for mature content or advertising / websites / blogs etc. related to pornography, hate groups or violent organizations.

The following terms pertain to small business owners only who run a business from within their home, without other employees. No Mass production.

Commercial users may use graphics in the following ways, providing that the final product is NOT customizable by your client/customer.
You may send a digital, fully customized, un-layered file to your customer for home printing. No Blank Templates, Quick Pages etc.
Pre - Customized graphics and promotional materials such as:
Business cards > newsletters > E-books > Avatars
Customized Announcements > Invitations > Printed cards
Wedding Favors > Candy Bar Wrappers > Party Decorations
Scrapbooking > Photo books > Layouts
Collage and Tile Sheets > you may not sell collage / tile sheets but, you may create tiles for your personal business use, in printed format.
Web Graphics > Banners > Blog Headers
Blog and Web Design > You may create web graphics for others on a custom, individual basis. Graphics must be custom and installed on the customers blog by you.
