Please take the time to read my terms of use carefully as it contains important information about the proper usage of my elements and designs.

By purchasing this digital product, you are obtaining a license to use these graphic images and designs. All copyrights are retained by the original creator.
You May:
-You may share the layouts you create in online galleries, blogs...etc- optimized for the web
-You may alter the Graphics created by Carrie Stephens to use in your personal scrapbook pages, collages, greeting cards and other printable-digital items, by changing colors and size and even adding to them or removing from them.
-You may make a copy of your purchased graphics for backup purposes only.
*Commercial Use: Small businesses and crafters that wish to sell their products locally (such as Candy Wrappers, decopage crafts or scrapbookers who create for others as a business) may use graphics for these purposes without an additional license as long as quantities do not reach over 100 (This would require an additional license)
I do not allow resale of products created using my graphics in online shops such as etsy or café press without express permission. (email me) If you are intending to use my graphics for your small business venture I would love if you emailed me to let me know exactly what you will be creating and where you will be selling your products.
You May Not:
-You may not claim Carrie Stephens graphics as your own.
- You may not sub-license, re-sell, rent, lend, or otherwise distribute the content in any form.
-You may not Claim the graphics or altered graphics as your own. You may not alter these graphics and call them your own. You may not take any part of these graphics and add it to your graphic and claim the resulting graphic as your own.
-You May not use graphics in template applications for resale including, website templates, flash, candy bar wrapper designs, or brochure design templates etc
-You may not create tubes, brushes, rubber stamps, cross stitch kits, craft kits, printable scrapbook kits, shapes or templates out of Carrie Stephens graphics for redistribution.
