What type of payment do you accept?
FishScraps only accepts payment via PayPal.† Paypal is a secure way of paying with your credit card & you do not need to have a Paypal account to account to use your credit card to make a payment.
Why has my download link expired?
Download links expire after 5 downloads or 5 days. If you didnít get a chance to download your purchase or, your downloads time out and you use all of your allotment, please contact us and we will reset them for you.
Can I share my downloads with others?
When you purchase digital graphics you are only purchasing a license to use the graphics, you may not share them with others. (Unless you actually share the computer with you and live in your household.)
If your friends or other family members like my graphics, they will need to purchase a license to use them for themselves.
Do you have a professional use policy?
Are you accepting creative team members?
At this time, No. I have chosen not to have a creative team.
Can you reset my download links due to my hard drive failure?
Please, please take the time to back up your purchases. You can do this in many ways. Burning to a CD or DVD, making mirror copies of your hard drive or using an online backup storage solution such as Mozy or Carbonite. Back up on a regular basis, your hard drive could crash when you least expect it to.
Can I upload my layouts using your graphics to online galleries?
Yes, and I would love if you would send me the link to your layout so that I can see your fabulous creations!
What kind of software do you recommend for me to get started Digiscrapping?
I recommend Photoshop Elements for beginning digiscrapping. It is reasonably priced and will do everything that you need it to do and more. You can also use, Paint Shop Pro, Ulead PhotoImpact etc.
What is a .Zip File?
Zipping a file compresses one or more files into a smaller archive. It takes up less hard drive space and less time to transfer across a network or the internet You Can open a zip file using WinZip Ė If you are running windows XP, winzip is built in, you will not need to download it.
